As a Retail Cluster Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Building and nurturing VIP Client Relations across all stores
  • Driving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs across your portfolio of stores in Sydney CBD and Eastern Suburbs
  • Ensuring the consistent delivery of memorable customer moments and industry best client care
  • Styling, educating and inspiring our Ginger & Smart clients with our product, brand, and trends
  • Staff Development and succession planning through training, performance management, and leadership
  • Rostering, Recruitment and Performance Management
  • Visual Merchandising and consistent delivery of strong store presentation

Reporting directly to the National Retail Manager, you will be:

A customer-centric leader with a passion for Australian Designer Fashion. You will be a people person, motivated by sales, your team and designer fashion. You will be a strategic thinker and problem solver with exceptional organisational and time management skills who seeks organisation and excellence in all you do. You will be a leader who is passionate about team culture, staff development, and exceeding targets. While Multi-Site Experience is advantageous, Senior Store Managers would also be considered.
