Alquemie Group and Ginger & Smart Pty Ltd have announced a new partnership, with Alquemie taking a majority position in the new entity.

As a leading Australasian retail investor, Alquemie Group brings substantial expertise to help grow the brand’s local retail and digital presence, whilst assisting with international market expansion.

Alexandra and Genevieve Smart will remain as Managing Director and Creative Director, respectively, and will continue to drive the brand whilst leveraging ARG’s expertise in retail, logistics, production and e-commerce.

Established in 2002 by Sydney-based sisters Alexandra and Genevieve Smart, the Ginger & Smart brand is renowned for its luxury contemporary design aesthetic.
